Okay, due to several requests, I am actually going to post a pregnant picture here. You all can vote about how enormous you think I am and how big you think I'll be. However, anyone who says anything too depressing will be permanently blocked and removed from my "I like you" list. So, remember, you will be addressing someone with heightened emotional sensitivity (like it wasn't already bad). So even though I may realize my reactions and feelings are excessive in relation to the offense - those feelings are still pretty potent!
However, since I have received so many remarks about my increasing girth, I've been trying to decide what suitable responses I can give to highly insensitive comments about my body. I'd like to add - I haven't ever actually wanted people to notice my body. But if people ARE going to notice and if they have to comment, I'd prefer it be a little kindlier.

You look beautiful! I am so excited that you will soon have your baby. My friend made me laugh with her response to people who asked her if the pregnancy was planned. She would respond with a mischievous look on her face, "Well, I did take my clothes off."
You are cute. And not so big. My unkind response would be, "Yes, but mine will eventually go away." The other response is "Thank You for sharing."
When I was pregnant the style was to wear loose fitting clothing that disguised every detail. So it kind of surprised me when people started wearing fitted clothing that showed the bulge. So you might try to disguise your shape... I recall you still have some moustashes. Wear those and people won't notice the pregnancy.
You look fantastic! I was the stay puff marshmallow man all around. SO fat! SO not cute! You're adorable. Sure, you've got a baby bump, but the rest of you is still small and proportional. You look wonderful! And just so you know, my mom refers to you as "the skinny one"!
Thanks for the picture. You look great and have cute maternity clothes. I don't know what everybody else is talking about You're having a baby for heaven's sake. I need a response to "You still haven't had the baby yet?" Well obviously not if I'm at church today.
Very glad for the picture! You are very cute.
Yay!! Cute pregnant lady!! Such a perky little belly... :) (I'm sure that's what you wanted to hear--um, read) I think you look GREAT. I say show it off, flaunt it--'cuz you certainly won't have it forever. I promise. My favorite part about being pregnant was not feeling like I had to suck my belly in all the time, if you know what I mean. I miss that. :)
