Hazards - Day 3

Yay!  One inside pier is all done.  Here it is with the jack lift attached.

Here is my adorable boy - all perplexed about what is going on at his house.

Here's another pier that seems mostly complete, but needs the lift attached.  And they are working on another one in the closet.

Oh, look, Mom!  There's dirt in the house!  Can I eat it, please?

Camden was super excited about the large dirt piles outside and had fun throwing dirt clods.  

And eating them.

So, I talked to the crew leader for the work on the house and it sounds like this process may be slower than we hoped, as their more efficient drill (whose motor is housed on the large truck they drive) is not accessible since that truck is under repairs.  So they are using a less speedy drill.  Plus they are having to drill 33 ft down to bedrock.  Hence the process is slow and will probably drag into next week.  Sigh!
